” The Soul is on this Earth or it’s own delight.”
“The Soul is on this Earth or it’s own delight. Consider this amazing possibility: You incarnated on this earth just to experience the joy of being alive. Do you even know what gives you joy? Do something about that today.”
Guide Book additional Message: Sometimes the simplest wisdom is the hardest to acknowledge-like the fact that pleasure and joy can be beneficial to your health. When mystical poets such as Rumi and Kabir use objects of beauty and delight, like roses or wine, as metaphors for the Divine, they’re subtly linking the excitement of Earthly pleasures with Divine enjoyment. Recent medical research seems to agree that what pleases us-beautiful music, delicious food, and soothing aromas-can also improve our health and help us resist illness. Internalizing the world of natural beauty with the soul’s capacity of joy expressed in these sayings (the first two from the Sufi poet Rumi, the third from a Chinook prayer) helps us harmonize with the aesthetic balance and pleasure they provide. As the Christian mystic Meister Eckhart points out, things in themselves are never bad, only our propensity to become attached to them to the point whee we can’t easily let them go.

Cynthia`s Comments: I have realized myself when I get flowers, a complement, a new out fit, or a gift; just to name a few, I do feel better and I am happier. I remember that it was my birthday and I was feeling blue, they kids did not say anything in the morning, nor did my husband. But by mid afternoon, my daughter gave me some flowers, my husband also gave me flowers after he came home from work and friends called and I got a lot of Birthday wishes on my Facebook page. I noticed that through out the day from feeling blue in the morning to letting that feeling go and becoming more and more happier through out the day. I did not realize that I was loved and cared about that much. Just a simple pleasures can help with your health. Today is a really good day to start by just giving someone a single flower, take out your friend for lunch, or maybe even make them lunch, give your children a hug and let them know how much you love them and then give them a small amount of money just because or have something they always what and give it to them. It is a great day just to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of the day and just sit and breath deeply. I do believe that simple and big pleasure can help in the healing of the body, mind and soul. When we are happy, your vibrational energy changes and helps make the body, mind, and soul more in balance and when that happens the body, mind and soul heals in a wonderful way.
So go out today and have a simple pleasure and enjoy what your life has to offer you!

“Forgiveness means more to God than sacrifice”.
“Forgiveness means more to God than sacrifice.Forgive one person today. Open your heart to that person, and release unnecessary suffering from the past. Feel the peace that follows from this simple act”.
Guide Book additional Message: This insight ties together the Jewish tradition contained in the Hebrew Bible with the teaching of Jesus from the New Testament. In the book of the prophet Hosea (6:6), written during the last years of northern kingdom of Israel, God speaks directly: “For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings.” The message was clear: The old rituals of animal sacrifice to placate a vengeful God were to be replaced by an emphasis on compassion for one’s neighbor. When asked to name the most important commandment of the hundreds listed in the Torah, Jesus singled out two teaching that emphasize—Love of God and Love of neighbor. And when the Pharisees questioned why he would eat the “tax collectors and sinners, ” Jesus challenged them back by quoting Hosea: “Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners” (Matt. 9:12-13). That transition in the Jewish and Christian traditions, from fear to love as a basis for relating to the Divine as well as to other human being, has become the starting point for most of today’s spiritual teachers. But their insights owe a lot to the teachers and prophets who preceded them.
Cynthia’s Comments: I believe that Forgiveness is one of the most important challenges we as humans have to learn how to do and it is not an easy one, but do-able! It does take practice and patience and the understanding of letting go of that energy(feeling) of hurt completely go. For most of us we hold on to these feelings of hurt and the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body pain in one form or another. We need to make Forgiveness one of your daily routines so when some thing really big happens we will know what to do and how it will feel. A good friend of mine helped me with this and it works magic. It comes from Hawaii, it is called “Ho-oponopono” meaning, “Making Things Right”. All you have to do is repeat the simple phrase:
Dear Father
I am sorry
Please forgive me
I Love You
And Thank you
As you keep repeating this phrase think of the person you would like to forgive. I started with myself first in a situation that I had with my husband and then my husband and to let you know it really works! Try it for yourself and feel the sift and the peace in your heart for this simple forgiveness and love prayer. Here is also recorded version:
May you feel the power of Forgiveness in your life, along with peace, joy, love and happiness!

Healing Cards - October 6-7, 2011
I was guided to bring to you some “Healing Cards” A Daily Practice for Maintaining Spiritual Balance - By Carlline Myss and Peter Occbiogrosso: Today’s Healing card is:
“Happy is the one who attends to the needy”.
“Happy is the one who attends to the needy. How easily are you irritated by the needs of others? Give away some of your time today, but not in a therapeutic sense. Attending to the needy also includes surprise acts of kindness.”
Guide Book additional Message: The first saying, from Psalm 41 of the Hebrew Bible or Old Testament, offers an astute psychological insight that is recognized increasingly today. Absorption in our own troubles, or in our unending need for gratification, creates a negative momentum that can lead not only to narcissism, but to addictive and high-risk behavior as well. When we move the focus of out attention from ourselves to others, we also remove an enormous burden from out backs–the need to satisfy our unrealistically high expectations. As the Dalai Lama might put it, compassion is its own reward.
Cynthia’s Comment: The feeling I get from this daily message is; We feel like we have a terrible challenge that we are dealing with right now and that there is no solution to the challenge, “Hopeless”. So the solution is that we need to go and help some that is also in need too and we will see that there is always someone out there that has a bigger or harder challenge to face then we do. By helping that person, we make yourselves more grounded, balanced and clear because we are giving and receiving Love from the Creator. Making yourselves ready to face our challenge head on, now with ease and grace. So pass on the Love and you well feel the Love and help someone else that is feeling the same as you use too “hopeless”, feel that Love too! Giving them what you both need Love, Compassion, Hope and Confidence in yourself do face any challenge that come your way now!Sending you the Healing Light of Love! Cynthia

“The Divine dwells within you, and desires that you heal”.
“The Divine Dwells within you, and desires that you heal. Are you fully aware of that Presence? Call upon the power to the Divine to awaken Its healing force within you. Be grateful for this miracle.”
Guide Book additional Message: The Indian philosophy of Vedana holds that the supreme Self, the essence of each individual that is directly connected with God, is perfect in itself. If we simply allow it to manifest, we will maintain both spiritual and physical health. This sense of the Divine with in recalls. St. Paul’s statement:”I live now, not I, but Christ lives in me” (Galatians 2:20). The first of these two passages, from a modern-day interpreter of Ayurveda, sounds a similar theme: If the soul is already perfect (except for the fact that we don’t fully realize it), then so is the body. It has the power to heal itself if we get out of its way ans allow it to work naturally, rather than confusing it with medicines ans food additives. In extreme cases, of course, we may need to intervene with drastic measures. But the idea is to minimize the use of artificial healing agents so that traumatic illnesses are less likely to occur.
Cynthia’s Comments: The feeling or intuition I get is that if you are reading this right now, you need to bring your awareness to your physical body because it is trying to tell you something. It could be that you have been having a challenge with a physical part of your body and it has to do with something much deeper then it being physical. The body will let you know if you ask that part of the body that is having the issue if it is mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual. You have to be still, breath deeply in and out and listen. You will get a feeling, or a reply to your question. Then you can address the answer and work on what is needed to be worked on. If you are not sure, please ask a friend or a therapist to help! I guess what I am really trying to say is trust what you feel, listen and trust what is need to happen will happen if you ask for help in healing that part that is having the challenge. Trust in the most powerful energy out there, “LOVE” and in yourself to receive it. It is always there and all you have to do is ask and open your heart to it. That takes a lot of work and practice, but it does work! Trust, believe and let go! That is the message for today!Sending the Healing Light of Love! Cynthia
